This very distinctive copper statement necklace is a super-sized version of a loop-in-loop chain, which is usually made with very small links.  This one has large links that will be sure to make you stand out in a crowd and looks amazing paired with a turtleneck sweater or a little black dress.

Hand-forged from solid 14 gauge copper wire.  Links are approximately 1x1x0.75″.  Measures 22 inches in length.  Each link was formed by hand with only a wooden mandrel to assist with consistency of the shape.

The copper is not sealed and as pictured, has developed a natural rich multi-tonal patina.  The piece will continue to oxidize over time, which should not be considered a defect but one of the beauties of copper jewellery.  However, you may prefer the look of bright, shiny copper.  For simple instructions on how to restore it to its original bright finish, click here.
